When in Eccelera, Flavio was the Director of Portfolio Management of the Select Fund from Standard Life Investments in Brazil between 2008 and 2013. Standard Life Investments is one of the leading investment houses in the world with more than US$300 billion under management and one of the biggest property owners in Europe. Before that, Flavio was the responsible for real estate development in Construtora Tenda S/A in the Great Sao Paulo city. Construtora Tenda was the second biggest developer in Brazil in number of units at that time, and Flavio launched ten projects and acquired 30 properties for development.

Flavio developed and managed real estate investments in the office, retail and residential sectors for private groups in the last 15 years. He has also created, during this period, a broad net of relations that highlights the deal origination capacity of Wise Capital.

Flavio holds a BSc. degree in Business Administration from FAAP, studied Economics at Rollins College in the US and holds a post-graduation degree in Real Estate Business from FAAP. He has also done graduate work in Real Estate at the College of Estate Management, University of Reading – UK and is a member of the American Real Estate Society.

Marcelo structured and managed the investments of the Select Property Fund from Standard Life Investments in Brazil from 2007 to 2013. In addition to that, since 1997 he has been a member of the advisory board of Imobiliaria Samas, a real estate service provider and family office.
Before that, Marcelo was responsible for the financial management of the private equity funds of Eccelera, a Brazilian asset manager. Marcelo held advisory board positions for the invested companies and monitored the acquired investments.

Previsoulsy, Marcelo worked for nine years at Procter & Gamble, with the main focus in the financial area, being responsible for important and sucessful product and market initiatives of the company in Brazil.

Marcelo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Sao Paulo University and extension on Business Administration (CEAG) at FGV and was a founding representative at the Brazilian VC/PE Association.

Some examples of recent transactions are: (i) leading the sale process of Ri-Happy (the Brazilian toy sector retail leader) to the Carlyle Group, the biggest private equity fund manager in the world (2012), where he also led its preparation to enter into the capital markets; (ii) structuring and monitoring of Al. Santos Boutique Offices Building in the Av. Paulista sub-market of Sao Paulo (2013).

Previously, Sérgio was a business director at Eccelera, a Brazilian private equity fund manager, where he got involved in all aspects of the private equity business in the years 2000 to 2008, including origination of deals, investment analysis, strategic and operational management. In the period from 2002 to 2007, Sergio held the heading position of Ponto Cargo, one of the portfolio companies. In addition to that, he acted as board member in many of Eccelera´s portfolio companies.

Sérgio holds a BSc in Naval Engineering with specialization in Cost Management, both at Poli-USP and specializations on Real Estate investment at FGV and Logistics Management at the Ohio State University. Sergio’s career initiated and was molded in the business consultancy arena in companies like A.T. Kearney.
