Wise Capital is responsible for the structuring and financial management of the projects, while Construtora Minerva, with more than 30 years of experience in this sector, is responsible for the construction.
The projects are typically located in expanding sub-markets of the city of Sao Paulo. The units’ profile is targeted at families that would like to live in a house, not an apartment, but feel safer inside the structure of a condo and seek for good quality affordable housing.
